I found a brief article at an Argentinean site, Ole, on 25 September 2013 (no journalist was named), which provided a brief glimpse into the book's contents.

"Sergio's book will be entitled this way, in which there will be a review of his footballing career and the prologue will be written none other by his friend, Leo Messi. They score goals and sharpen the pencil."
"Here is the cover of my book which, in addition, will have a prologue by the best: Leo Messi', Kun shyly tweeted to announce the launch of his book titled, 'Sergio Kun Agüero, My Story.' A legend worthy to be told, the young record-holder, who at only 15 years of age made his debut in the Argentinean first division with Independiente in that game against San Lorenzo in the 2003 'Clausura' (second half of their championship).
A review book, in the style of a biography, will above all recount his life and will also include photographs selected by him.
The cherry at the top of the cake? A special prologue that will be immortalized by the words of his great friend, Lionel Messi."

"A special story of those two great footballers. They met at Ezeiza, in 2005, where Kun admitted that he didn't know who a certain Leo Messi was... From that minute, they were roommates in every national team call-up. They were Olympic gold medal champions in 2008, and together with the growth of his football career, they also accompanied each other in the most special moments of their respective lives: To become fathers.
Kun presented Leo a miniature kit of the Argentinean national team a few days after his son, Thiago, was born. Leo kicked the ball around with Benjamin, Kun's son. In the end, a friendship that will be reaffirmed under the writing pen of the number 10."

"There are many moments to reflect about: His passion for Independiente, the journey in Europe and many other instances that Sergio decided to describe. Today, while on a break with Manchester City, Kun found a little place to write and leave his printed story for all-time."
