Ronaldo Luis Nazário de Lima

After watching Inter win Lo Scudetto today, I was reminded of Ronaldo. In 2002, he cried as Inter lost the title on the last day of the season against Lazio. A few months later, he left "during the night" for Real Madrid, and was branded a traitor by Interisti.

Recently, he has been in the news for the wrong reasons.

Whether he ever returns to his former stellar form is speculative. But during his prime, he was the best striker that World Football has seen in recent memory. He is the all-time scorer in World Cup History.

Ronaldo Luis Nazário de Lima.

Like Pavarotti, one for the ages.
