of AC Milan.

Due to the participation of AC Milan in the FIFA Club World Championships that begin later this week in Japan, Group D had their fixtures changed.

Here are tomorrow's games, and they will begin at 2045 Central European Time.
AC Milan 1 x Celtic Glasgow 0.

Shakhtar Donetsk 1 x Benfica 2.
Here is the Group D table as the teams head into their final game:

AC Milan: 10 points.
Celtic: 9 points.
Shakhtar Donetsk: 6 points.
Benfica: 4 points.

Milan have qualified for the elimination phase; however, Celtic only needs a draw to advance. The game between Shakhtar and Benfica will see one team eliminated, or the other qualified for either the next round or the UEFA Cup.

Notes (04 December)
  • Pippo Inzaghi became the leading goal scorer in all European competitions with 63 goals. Tonight, he passed the legendary Gerd Müller.
  • AC Milan and Celtic qualify for the elimination round of the Champions League.
  • Benfica qualifies for the UEFA Cup.
