AFC Asian Cup Begins Today in Four Countries

The Asian Nations Cup, which is held to crown the champion of Asia, will be held in fourth different countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The defending champion is Japan, and this tournament marks the first time that Australia will compete. This tournament began in 1956, and is played every four years. The final will be held on 29 July in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Here are the four groups:

Group D

Korea Republic
Saudi Arabia

The first two teams from each group will advance to the elimination round.
