Copa America Begins Next Tuesday in Venezuela

Next Tuesday, one of the oldest football competitions in the world, La Copa America, will kickoff in Venezuela. Twelve nations (the USA and Mexico were invited) will face each other in three separate groups.

The defending champion is Brasil; however, Argentina and Uruguay have won this competition on 14 separate occasions. The USA will face Argentina on the 28th at 20:45 Eastern Time.

All of these games will be televised live (en vivo) by GolTV (English language rights), and Univision/Telefutura in North America (Spanish language rights). TLN will also broadcast the games in Spanish in Canada. You may also follow the games online via ESPNsoccernet.

My prediction to win the tournament: Argentina.
