2009 CONCACAF Gold Cup: USA 0 x Mexico 5

The 10th edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup kicked-off on 03 July from the Home Depot Center in Carson, California. Twelve nations have competed in the regional tournament, and the defending champion is the USA. Favorites to win the tournament are Canada, Costa Rica, Honduras, Mexico, and the USA. There is special pressure on the Mexicans who have not beat an American team on US soil since 1999. Most likely, they would only face each other in the Cup final.
