Another great source for
Serie A videos. Please click

Saturday, 01 March (Roma and Milan will play in the UCL next week).

AS Roma 4 x Parma 0 (Francesco Totti led the Romans to a convincing victory).
AC Milan 1 x Lazio 1 (Milan again sputters at the San Siro. Zeljko Kalac saved them from defeat with several excellent saves).

Sunday, 02 February (Inter does not face Liverpool until 11 March).

Cagliari 2 x Genoa 1 (The Sardinians won their second on the trot but still prop up the table. Marco Borriello scored again to maintain his position as capocannonieri of the Serie A).
Empoli 0 x Siena 2 (Empoli may rue this loss as they fight relegation. Three huge points for Siena).
Juventus 2 x Fiorentina 3. (The first win for La Viola in over 20 years against Juve at home).
Livorno 1 x Catania 0 (Three precious points for the Amaranto).
Reggina 0 x Palermo 0 (A predictable relegation derby draw).
Sampdoria 2 x Torino 2 (Despite another great game, Antonio Cassano saw red at the death for insulting the referee).
Udinese 2 x Atalanta 0 (Toto Di Natale and Fabio Quagliarella scored for the Friuliani).

Napoli 1 x Internazionale 0. (Marcelo Zalayeta scored to hand Inter their first Serie A defeat in almost a year, and their first away loss in the league since April 2006).

If you are new to calcio and the Italian language, I wrote an article called "Soccer Terminology in the Mother Tongue." Unfortunately, you will not learn the actual chants (i cori) from the stadiums, useful terms to describe rival players and fans (gli avversari), or how to compliment your favorite referee (l'arbitro). For those, you will need to make a visit to bella Italia... ;-)
